We use the Birkman Method to partner leaders in their growth and development.
The Birkman Method is a proven leadership development tool to help new, established or aspiring leaders to:

The Birkman Method, when used in Team Workshops alongside Individual Executive Coaching provides a common language for conversations on working together more effectively. For example:
- Birkman's Team or Group Profiles provide insights on the interpersonal dynamics of how the Team is working together and facilitates useful conversations on how to leverage on diversity of different strengths and interests; recognise Needs and Stress Behaviours to support one another in meeting their respective Needs to bring out their best and to avoid Stress Behaviours
- Birkman Comparative data (Birkman Comparative Report) brings awareness of unconscious biases and blind spots arising from differences in how they perceive themselves and others. This also brings awareness of how conflicts may arise from differences in perceptions and allow for conversations on how to strengthen relationships, pre-empt and manage such conflicts.
