Dr Hee Soo Yin, MCC, CMCS
Dr Hee Soo Yin is Principal Coach and Consultant (Career and Life Design Consulting), Associate Coach (Global Coach Group) and Life Coach (C-Three, Counselling and Life Coaching, Singapore University of Social Sciences). A trusted Coach and Consultant, she partners leaders, professionals and teams to connect with who they are, what matters to them, and purpose to bring out their best and unique contributions to life.
Her clients experience her coaching as a very safe space where they can explore and get clarity about what they want to achieve or create, their strengths and what they need to learn and change to get to where they want to be. By connecting deeply with who they are, what matters and purpose, it anchors them in the why, what and determines how they will act in the direction of their desired future. This often brings courage, equanimity, compassion & joy even as they navigate challenging and uncertain times and transitions.

She brings over 30 years' experience in various roles of lawyer, educator, learning & development architect, coach, consultant, in the legal, finance, education, professional services and public sectors.
Her senior management experience spans across a wide range of functions from legal, compliance, policy, quality assurance, human capital management and development to market research and product innovation and operations, and cross-sectoral and institutional initiatives with multiple stakeholders from government, union, public and private enterprises.
She is a Doctor of Education (Durham University, UK), has a Master of Laws (University College London, UK); and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (National University of Singapore. She also completed the General Management Programme (GMP) (Harvard Business School) and the Strategic Management Programme (SMP) (INSEAD, Singapore).
Her credentials include being a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) with the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
Her certifications include: Certified Executive and Team Coach (Global Coach Group; Marshall Goldsmith); Certified Transformational Master Coach (Coach Masters Academy Global); Certified Narrative Coach (World Business and Executive Summit, WBECS); Global Career Development Facilitator-Singapore (Center For Credentialing & Education, CCE); Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching (Global Team Coaching Institute, GTCI) and Certified Master Professional (Birkman International).
Soo Yin has enjoyed and still enjoys facilitating learning as Teaching Fellow/Consultant/Associate/Programme Faculty with Universities in Singapore. She also finds great satisfaction in the adventures of travelling, having great conversations with friends and as an avid life-long learner.
